In this project, the focus was on creating a well-considered design in which privacy and spaciousness are central. By carefully looking at the optimal layout of the spaces, a balance was found between openness and seclusion. The design ensures that residents enjoy maximum privacy.

With attention to both architecture and interior, spaces are arranged in such a way that they invite relaxation and freedom. Materials and colours have been carefully chosen to enhance the warm, tropical atmosphere of Zanzibar and to form a timeless, harmonious whole.
